Closing the Gender Gap in Technology
Our gender program focus on closing the gender gap in the technology sector by using technology tools to educate, inspire, and equip high school girls with the skills and resources to pursue opportunities in computing fields.
About This Cause
In Ghana, gender disparity in STEM education persists, with only 32% of female students enrolled in STEM fields. This gender disparity hinders women’s participation, progress and innovation in science and technology sectors. Our Gender program aims to promote gender inclusivity, empowering girls to pursue STEM education and careers, fostering a diverse and innovative workforce
