agriculture

Our agriculture program in Ghana seeks to upskill smallholder farmers by providing affordable, organic and ecologically sustainable farming techniques through our smartphone app.

About this cause

In Ghana, despite agriculture contributing 20% of the GDP and employing 60% of the population, productivity remains low due to limited adoption of modern technologies. With a meager 2% of the land under irrigation, our AgriTech program aims to revolutionize farming practices, knowledge, enhance productivity, and boost rural livelihoods sustainability

Our work

Since 2020, we have been working with smallholder farmers in Hohoe in the Volta region by providing them with tools, and agricultural training.
